Games that need trophies?

On the subject of MGS4/MGO trophies and Konami ID - we hear you. We have been circulating these issues internally, and we will report back as soon as we are able.

There's 5 pages of comments which consist of people pretty much begging for a trophy patch for the game so it's not as if Konami don't understand how popular they would be.

MGS4 is probably the only PS3 game I would go back to for trophies.

As of tomorrow playstation.com will keep track of your trophies for you, as you log in with your PSN ID it probably doesn't need to be updated manually.

This is great. I am just looking now, but i need to know, whats the point if you cannot compare trophies with your friends list online? Also why is the gamercard still not showing trophies? I am glad that it updates auto and i know its a start, but it cant be that hard to maintain, can it? Its just a tease, as i know it is coming, but i want it now.

Maybe sites like ps3trophies.co.uk can do something now to make them update auto?

They did state that it's only the first phase rollout of the functionality so I would imagine there's more to come.

Anyway the ability to compare with friends trophies IS coming.

So for me that only leaves one more. And thats a portable PSN card that carries your latest trophies, that people can click on and view all your trophies. With the compare trophies coming, this must be the next logical step. Than the PS3 trophies leaderboard will actually have some use to it. Because what is there, like 4 of us?

Yeah, i do mine every now and than. I have no idea why you guys decided ps3trophies.co.uk was the best option though, because 9/10 times its down. And its a pain knowing you have like 20 or so trophies.

We know its coming. Someone said that on the SCEE page it says its coming. I just want it now.

I still think that thread has some use, I can easily look at John's and Cuber001's cards and see what game they are playing at the mo as they always keep them bang up to date

I don't even look at mine now, I keep my card updated though but that's more so I can keep track what I still have left to complete on some games.

I was shocked to see that I'm 90% on level 9 at the moment, last time I looked I was at level 6 or 7 over Christmas and can't quite believe I've won so many since then.

The strange thing about trophies for me is that now that I know I'm so close to level 10 it's making me want to get the other 10% I need. I normally don't care but I sort of feel obliged to level up now and it's bloody stupid!!

It seems ridiculous when I see that I've got 605 trophies!!

I like what they seem to be doing with the profile page though, I was a fan of how Live handles that as I like to see things like stats and to be able to send messages from it which will hopefully come to this too. I'd like to be able to buy & download stuff from the page too as I think you can on Live now?

Does the portable ID take you to somebodies profile when you select it? I must be doing something wrong but the card isn't working when I've tried to post mine as a test.

I just get this when I copy the code across, what am I doing wrong? Does it work for anybody else?

Of all the games that I didn't think would ever get trophies but could have some really awesome ones if it did, this game would have been my top choice.

- Play for a 10 hours session.

- Find Akutare/Axel in the Item World.
- Pass a homeroom proposal by force.
- Achieve 255 turn stationary bonus.
