have playstation codes changed?

I've just bought a playstation code from someone on ebay put it into my us machine and it doesn't work. Says it is out of date or no longer valid

Silly me put the wrong code in.

Oh and the femme fatale pack doesn't work on the UK version of the game. Thanks Capcom

If it was a US card, it will only work on your US account, you didn't enter it on another non-US account by any chance?

Also, yeah PS3 DLC is region locked unfortunately
