I'm glad to see a preview for The Path this month. It's out any day now but seems to have passed the mainstream press and websites by. I'll be sure to post a first play when it becomes available.

It's two... And there's a third coming out on Wii.

Sonic got a 2/10 on Gamecentral today. Up to his old tricks!

The tiny amount of faith I still had left in Games' review scores was pretty much destroyed with their Sonic score.

I haven't played the game so can't comment on whether its worth an 8 or not however, as Alex has said, it got 2/10 on Gamecentral today which seems far more in keeping with most things I've read about it and is a hell of a lot different to an 8...

Oh, and Howard Scott Warshaw's column was just about bearable this month which makes a pleasant change from the utter utter drivel he usually writes.

I really like the idea, but the EDGE preview last month suggests it a bit of a turd to play.

Kaladron, what is the official pronunciation of your magazine's title? I always name it with the trademark suffix in tact.

Out of interest, where did the name come from? What inspired it?

                It's pronounced "games tee em".

I've asked around about the name at work but no one has ever given me a satisfactory answer. Best I've been given is that it's purposefully vague... Which isn't that great an answer at all.

Not sure how you can lose faith after a review of a game you haven't played. Please, if you're going to make comments like that then at least try the game in question first.

For the record, I've noticed plenty of people around the net (real gamers, not journalists) who are playing Black Knight and really enjoying it. That doesn't prove that one review is more right than the other, of course, but it does show that the gamesTM review cannot definitively be called "wrong".

o rly!? I never would have guessed. Perhaps you could use this pronunciation explanation as a sub-heading or possibly on the spine of the magazine as the quote one time, as reference to Lynerd Skynerd's first album?

I was always told by the old editor that gamesTM is just a fancy way of saying gamers. I'm probably completely wrong though...
