Now, I should explain what the hell I`m going on about. Grand Prix Legends, widely regarded as THE finest racing simulation there has ever been, shares much of its physics engine with the later (and enhanced - with things like better aerodynamic effects) Nascar 4/2002/2003 family of games, also from the legendary Papyrus stable. Since it shares the engine with GPL, and game structure etc. with GPL, that URL has the GPL tracks, only converted for use in N2003.
So what you get if you add those together is basically the best racing game you can possibly cobble together, as the tracks from GPL are amongst the best ever seen in a racer, and the racing depth, strategy, and feel of N2003 is unsurpassed. The cars in N2003, albeit hugely different, are easier to drive than those in GPL, meaning that not only do you have the best complete package, but you have a more accessible package. And because the cars bounce and drift about (since they also have little downforce), the racing experience is INSANE fun.
Best of all is that due to N2003 allowing for longer tracks, the 2 finest circuits of all time are now playable in the V8 800hp rear wheel drive uber-touring-cars: Spa and the Nurburgring. And because you can edit track files, you can make your own GPL season file and play the game so that its basically GPL with stock cars - even with 43 car grids and 500 mile races.
Hammering into the terrifying Masta Kink at Spa at 210mph flat, and then hurling it to the right as it bucks about over the bump in the middle. Leaping thru the second Pflantzgarten at the `ring with all 4 wheels off the ground in a carbon copy of the photos of the BMW Batmobile. If you like racing games, these are moments you must experience. If you always dreamed of a racer with ultra tight racing, proper endurance races, and huge powersliding fun, it is finally here. Its not an `out of the box` thing, but its as simple as buying a brand new game for 12 quid, and taking half an hour to install a load of stuff into it.
