JPN made shmups that work on PAL 360/PS3?

Really want to have a go at some bullet dodging shoot'em up games. Are there any for 360 or PS3 that'll work on PAL machines?

Does the PS3 have any?

wartech senko no ronde for pal 360 can be had for about a fiver
Triggerheart Excellia On Live (800 points)
Ikaruga on Live (800 points)

space tripper on PSN is pretty good (not JPN made though)
Super Stardust HD (PSN)
Soldner-X (PSN)

Is you PS3 the 60GB as there are a lot of good PS2 shooters that were released over here

other than that its really an import 360 for you or better yet a Saturn if you want Shmups

Other than that any of the full releases aside from Senko & Silpheed are unavailable to PAL 360 owners I'm afraid.

Yeah I have shooters for Saturn and DC. Will checkout Wartech though thanks.

The PSN ones I've tried. SSHD is great. But yeah, non Japanese.

If you set up a JPN 360 account you can download the Raiden Fighters Aces demo. Think it's around 200mb.

Unless you buy a JPN 360 there isn't much available. MAME and a PS2 (and/or a saturn) are the best places to get your shmups on unless you want to spend a bit of money.

I can deffinitley remember Shikigami 2 getting a US release (Castle of Shikigami) but I'd also put my neck on the line & say anything with a PAL release saw light of the day that side of the pond...
