There're already a few must have sequels due this year in my eyes including Uncharted 2 & God of War 3.

In terms of unannounced stuff I'd like to see either Ridge Racer 8 (or just a PSN version of the PSP game - a bit like WipEout HD), a new cel shaded Zelda on Wii or a continuation of Mario Galaxy.

A new persona game but on ps3. Online co op where during the day everyone does their own thing but we all meet up at midnight to show off our new gear etc.

Lots of others too. Viewtiful joe on ps3 and a valkyria chronicles sequel (not finished first one yet mind) and the often mentioned crackdown although infamous may suffice on that one .
