New RPG out for the DS next month. It actually looks pretty decent from the screens over at RPGamer.

So, I was browsing DS RPGs on videogamesplus and noticed this game which apparently was never published in Europe and as it looks like by this thread, went probably under the radar for other people than myself too.

Has anyone played this, and if you have, is it any good? The reviews seemed a bit mixed, but I'm quite interested about this game as it looks like it tries hard to resemble Chrono Trigger and Final Fantasy games on the SNES.

My understanding is that it would be a reasonable RPG (even if it's a bit of a shameless chrono trigger clone) but it has an insane encounter rate

Hmmm, that sounds a bit worrying, I'm not too fond of high random encounter rate in JRPGs, infact I'd rather have low encounter rate, but more difficult fights.
