    I'd certainly go with Bioshock!

I got it when it came out and had a little dabble, but ended up leaving it for ages. When I did eventually go back to it, I thought it was superb and cannot for the life of me understand why I left it so long!

      Don't listen to these guys!

I suggest you play Mirror's Edge and decide for yourself.

Yes, some people like it (a lot, like me!) whereas others disliked the experience and had quite a fair amount of issues towards the game (of their own, of course) but the joy of the free running gameplay is down to your preference.

At least you can give it a go.

Galaxy, Twilight princess, Bioshock then Mirrors Edge in that order if it were me.

You'll need more than a week for almost all bar Mirrors tho

You can finish Quantum of Solace in an afternoon (including tea breaks) so start with that and then it's out of the way.

Galaxy and Bioshock should be on all gamers' completion lists so I'd go with those afterwards.

I'd recommend MP2 - although let me know if you get past that bastard

spider/robot thingy you have to morph ball bomb

that ended my love of MP2 - awesome game up to that point.

I've just picked up Gears 2 and have to say it's the most fun I've had with a game for quite some time (prob since COD4).

Seems a fair bit easier than the 1st one which may or may not be a good thing I guess.

Gears 2 is one of those games which I recommend played on the highest difficulty that's stomachable (to coin a word). Like Halo and Resident Evil 4 before it, I found it totally underwhelming and pedestrian on the normal difficulty (the one above casual). I predict that if I'd played it on hard I would have had more fun; can't be bothered now, though.

Three pages and nobody has mentioned Dead Space...seriously?

Surprise hit of the year and an amazing experience, audio and visually incredible.

Mirror's Edge is brilliant, although it's a real mustard game. It's worth spending at least an hour with it, as it's enough to get a feel for the controls, do the tutorial and see if it clicks with you. If it does, then you're in for a treat. I'm shocked at how many people dislike it, as it's easily one of the best games I've ever played.

                    Edit: Mustard...? I mean marmite!

I know it isn't much to judge it on, but the demo for this was awful, and enough to put me off it. Is it really that good?

Dead Space is an amazing game, but isn't on the list of games that Buster has available to him so would definitely advise picking it up.

Anyway from the list would say U R MR GAY and Gears 1 fo' sure. Twilight Princess and the Metroids are awesome but take a lot more investment time wise.
