    Hard choices

I was just wondering last night has anyone had to make any hard videogame related choices. Last night I was in Bic Camera at 20;10 just before it closed and could not choose between Initial D: Street Stage (PSP), Winning Eleven 2009 (PSP) and Monster Hunter 2nd G (PSP). To cut a long story short I went for Monster Hunter, because I always wanted to play it since I saw it on PS2 in a magazine aeons ago and I already have copies of Winning Eleven and Intial D on other systems (may buy them at a later date).

So what I wanna know is have you ever had to make any hard / difficult game related choices? This can be with machines too for example I choose only to own a PS3 this gen no other next gen consoles what about you?

Hmm, the one that comes to mind is me having to decide which SNES bundle to go for - Super Mario World or Street Fighter II. I chose the former.

Everyday I look at my Xbox 360 and make the hard choice to keep it even though I never touch it

Mainly down to the fact that I own a fair few HD-DVDs and I can't get the external 360 HD-DVD drive to work on my PC

Holding a copy of Famicom Wars VS in my hands and trying to decide whether or not to part with 2980yen for it. I walked backwards and forwards in Sofmap from the counter to the bargain bin and back for about 20 minutes before finally buying it.

        Literally, 20 minutes.

Mega Man 2 when I was a kid and it was completely unknown to me. I'd saved my pocket money and did odd jobs for ages and eventually bought it after my mum had spent all of our time in WH Smith's saying "are you sure you want to spend what you've saved on this?" Glad I did, though.

The Death Smiles arcade stick on ebay two days ago. Due to the hefty price my gaming conscience was in full effect, I mulled over it for hours. Insanity prevailed though and now it's on it's way to me

A friend of mine has a heavy gaming conscience over his head, he can spend days thinking about buying something (often asking for opinions from different people) However the quickest choice I've ever seen him make was for Final Fight One on the JPN GBA when he walked into the shop, picked the game up without breaking his stride and slammed it on the counter. This was an unprecedented move on his part, it still makes me chuckle to this day.
