    3 Player - 4 Player PS2 Games!?

Ok so i got a multitap that actually works on my PS2 ( thanks acidbearboy! ) and i'm looking for some Decent 3 - 4 player PS2 games.

I've got Battle Stadium DON, Fire Pro and King of Colleseum for us to go at but i'm looking to see if theres anything thats slipped under my radar espeicially jap stuff.

Played the more obvious stuff like champions of norrath, Xmen Legends, Marvel ultimate alliance, Timesplitters etc

No football games american or otherwise, no basketball, no hockey etc etc

So any decent jap stuff i've missed?

I've never been much of a local multiplayer person, would require much arm twisting to get my mates to play something. The only thing that was ever successful was Monkey Ball - speaking of which, didn't that get a PS2 release at some point?

Could try the Hunter games if they got japan releases??

I used to love the X-box versions me & the ex missus played them to death...good times

Obvious choice I guess would be Bomberman games?

Lots of great puzzle games about as well for PS1 but they are only 2 player I expect but could do a winner stays on??

Think thats it apart from sports titles your pretty limited.

Great multiplayer game. If only they'd port it over to XBL.

+2. Is the Xbox version not backwards compatible?

I'd also say Athens 2004, which is more Track n Field than serious simulation.

Ah, good call. Hadn't thought of that. I may have to track a copy down if it is!

                    TimeSplitters? Those games are hella-manic.

TS2 ftw; although they are all good.

Another vote for Timesplitters 2 or FP - with either you've, arguably the most varied, original and entertaining single and multiplayer player FPS available.
