360 RRoD: Repair or Replace?

Thought I'd update you on my progress for those who are in the same position (launch day 360 RRoD well out of warranty).

I bought the bolts off eBay (not this actual one, but something similar)
Followed the free pdf and video guides off xbox360fixit.com
Cleaned the processors using something like this from Maplin
Applied new thermal grease (came with the kit, but it's this from Maplin)
Re-attached the heatsinks using the bolts and washers
Put it all together last night and was playing on it for about an hour

I'm not sure how long it'll last for, but I'm back in the game for less than a fiver.

Thanks to the posters who suggested trying a repair (and to those suggesting a new one of it dies again!)!
