Does this actually work? I constantly get some vague message about video streams downloading, and nothing happens even with the console left on for ages...

It's a bit dodgy at times i've found, but in general it works for me. Maybe delete and reinstall.

For people who are interested in this sort of stuff, joost have just started testing their service on the PS3. It's web based which is a bit of a pain but just enter this address to get to the homepage with DS3 controller instructions.http://labs.joost.com/tv/

This service also carries TV shows, the compression isn't perfect but it does the job.

Baseley: I've deleted, downloaded and reinstalled several times, but no success. I never get past that 'updating video streams' prompt. Even if I leave the console on for nearly an hour.

I stumbled on this at 4am when was ill and couldnt get to sleep. In 5 mins Id got a shed load of me fav Del Amitri tracks and sat and watched em for 3hours with a load of other stuff.
