Did the NTSC N64 version come in just a gold box?
I recall the Pal version having a black as well as the gold.

Theres 2 pal versions the uk one was in a black box, austrailia got a gold box.

NTSC was only gold, though the earlier version had a gold cart as well (and collector's edition on the box).
