My card just expired and they sent me a new Maestro.

I've recieved no literature to tell me anything about it either!

Oh and I've been a victim of fraud on a debit card, £2000 in fact. Got the money back within 4 days. Not sure what more security you'd be wanting than that.

According to people over on MSE, they're slowly rolling them out over the summer and should be rolled out by sometime in 2010. You may have just got one of the final maestro's they're sending out?

I only found out about my HSBC one about 2 weeks ago.
