Hidden avatar on xbox.com friends list

My sister just signed up for an Xbox Live gold account and I duly added her to my friends list. I can see her avatar when I look at my friends list on the console but when looking at it on Xbox.com the avatar is greyed out.

Is there a reason for this? A setting she can change to make it visible? Not exactly a massive problem but it is slightly annoying and it's probably something simple we're missing. Cheers!

Isn't it the privacy settings issue?

I know that when looking at some of my friends "in parties" they have mates that are greyout out with "???" above their heads.

Had a look at the privacy settings on Xbox.com but couldn't see anything on there. I'll tell her to have a look on the console and see if there's a setting there she needs to change.
