Not a bad review. A better score than I would have expected after the tiny First Play thread.

Fifteen hours in or so, myself. I might have written the review differently but I agree with pretty much all of it. Although the soundtrack has really been growing on me lately, I must admit... still, yes, basically Volition never were any good at art direction and there's nothing here to suggest they're that bothered about it. Their biggest triumph and most obvious weakness is they've created a gameplay system that good you wish you could see it in other people's games.
