That makes for some awesome reading. I like this part (no spoilers);

Q:Was having the characters break their usual stereotypes intentional, or just a natural result of the story?

A:It was intentional. In school, I was taught that you should use stereotypes to make it easy for people to understand your characters, but then use those stereotypes and people's expectations to catch them by surprise to get your message across. That was probably what influenced me.

This is an interesting one too - especially given it's meant to have done well in the US!

Q:Will you publish 999 in Europe?

A:I totally want to. I guess it really depends on how well it does in the US. Please support us!
