New Dragon Quest? English Translation Please

OK, bear with me on this...

Follow the link below, to the SCEJ site. Keep clicking on the smilie (bottom right) and you get taken to different non SCEJ web sites.

A couple that I've seen have references to the Dragon Quest franchise in English but as they are the only words in English on the site, I've no idea what they're for.

Can anybody who can read the language translate? As usual, online translation isn't really worth anything.
