PS3 exclusive titles

My 360 of 2 years recently bit the bullet and rrod-ed so i bought a ps3 slim while it got repaired and was gonna decide to sell the 360 as a refurbished used item.

I'm now thinking of keeping the ps3 for some of the ps3 exclusive games but I can only think of Just Cause 1&2, GT5 (not too much of a driving fan tbh) and Ninja Gaiden sigma 2. The Final Fantasy's and Metal Gear's I don't really pay attention to either.

Anything else I should be considering?

Unchartered is still one of my favourites, track it down if you can, and there is also Unchartered 2 coming shortly. I really do recommend MGS4, fantastic game. Apart from that all the good PS3 games are alsoa available on the 360, kinda explains why my 360 collection dwarfs that of my PS3.

I guess it depends what you play. For me, WipEout HD and Ridge Racer 7 are reason enough.

it wasn't until i starting playing the ps3 was when i realised that the dual shock 3 analogue sticks are waaaay too loose. i like the resistance on the 360 analogue sticks.

i remember during e3 there was a game that looking like a Gears of War (3rd person futuristic war shooter) for the ps3 and it was made by a japanese dev. can anyone remember what it was?

Anyway, Ps3 has its share of good exclusives. Motorstorm 2, Siren, Heavenly Sword, Uncharted, Ratchet, GT, Everybody's Golf, Demons Souls, Killzone, Afrika, Valkyria Chronicles...

Just Cause is supposed to be Uncharted. I always get them mixed up.

Killzone and Uncharted look like the deciding titles. But would they match up against Left 4 Dead 2 which is a 360 exclusive?

Don't think it'd be fair to compare these titles. All different and all great games in their own right.

Who knows? L4D2 isn't out yet and Valve could have screwed the pooch on it.

Notwithstanding that unlikely scenario, it depends on your own preferences. Or if you have a reasonable PC, you could buy L4D2 on that?

Surprised no-one's mentioned LBP. Demon Souls is supposed to be very good if that's your thing.

Ooh a list thread! Ah what the heck. 90% of the games i have played on my PS3 have been exclusive - the only exceptions being Blazblue and Outrun Online Arcade. And I can happily say I haven't played a single bad, or even mediocre game this entire generation so far.
