Best Xbox 360 Pad for fighters?

Just wondering whats the best, as i just picked up a copy of kof. Thought it was about time i get a new pad dedicated to the genre. Is the SFIV pad by mad catz the best then? The chun li one looks lovely.

I like my fightpad a lot. It's not a stick, but it's a hell of a lot better than the standard pad is.

Thanks had to be sure, £30 for a pad makes you think a bit first.
