For those who have the Vita - how is the web browsing/video playing functionality? I'm still on the fence about getting a Vita at launch but thinking of using it for lazy weekend morning browsing in bed, as the screen is bigger than an iPhone.

So, is the browser decent and also have tabs etc? Does youtube work? Does this thing support mkv and wmv? Can you stream from a PC? The more I think about it - the more I want the Vita to run Android.

Just had a quick play of this via HMV in Moorgate. No games or videos, first feeling is amazing and responsive screen. Loving the dpad although need to test in-game for a REAL feel. Not a great fan of the thumbs sticks, feel very strange in placement and response. Again, need an in-game test for final thoughts.

I think my verdict still stands that, once hacked, this will be a wet dream for emulator fans. Just a shame there isnt 4 x shoulder buttons like the PSX controller or better battery life.

Zavvi seem to be the best bet on all vita game prices and amazon for the console, free card and a choice of games for ?15, count yourself lucky, I'm having to buy two machines so my son leaves mine the hell alone.

If its what I think it is (someone can correct me) its the PSP version of Monster Hunter 3...
So interesting you can buy it and play it without the need of a Vita.
