Crusty old ps1 games that have been available for years already on an older handheld. At least they could have tried for ps2 emulation, even if it wasn't perfect. Feck all new vita stuff, an over reliance on PSP games through psn and now let's substitute new software development with *drum roll* ps1 roms...

Sony really are taking the urine.....

So currently the most exciting thing to look forward to on Vita are PS1 games?

Yeah, I notice lots of hype surrounding this update. If something like this, which I call small time as its possible on PSP, Ps3 etc, is the biggest thing to look forward to then the machine is in an even worse state than I thought. It would be a minor and overlooked feature if the damned thing just received, you know, new games.

Besides that, this should've been available since day one.. Its just another example of Sony being completely out of touch with its userbase. Pathetic.

Yeah well, I'm through with this thing. I saw Everybody's Golf 6 being announced for Ps3 as well, and I am very damn sure that others like GD and UC: GA will also end up on Ps3. Reason enough to sell it off before a price drop hits me.

Its too bad for P4, but it won't come to Europe anyway.

But, But, But PS1 games will look awesome on Vita, the colours omfg the colours - they'll pop and stuff!!!!!! As well as the hideous mess of pixels that they'll make out of upscaling them.

Honestly, they look and play fine on my Go and I can even keep a save state of the game I'm currently playing - Vita can't do that can it?
