This might be a silly question. The thing that confuses me about PS+ as I don't have it on PS3. Do you own the games like a regular downloaded game or would the games disappear if your PS+ ran out? Or would they stay downloaded on your download list?

For example if I bought a Vita got PS+ and Gravity Rush, would I lose Gravity in a year if my PS+ subscription was not renewed?

When your PS+ Sub lapses you can no longer play the game. However, if you sub again say 6 months later then you can play it again. Basically any time PS+ is active you can play any free games you've downloaded. The free games stay in your download list too so you can download them again at any time. I've not had PS+ for about 9 months but I can now play infamous again for example.

I've had it. I'm starting to think about selling mine to raise funds for a WiiU.

If I do decide to sell, is there a safe way to keep any downloaded games on it for the new owner? Of course, I would take my details off it and they would never be able to redownload them.

I have often thought this but usually find a way to convince myself to keep it, what has made you want to sell it?

I hardly use it. Apart from Everybody's Golf (which really doesn't have any new content to be honest) and Wipeout 2048 (which is ace), I don't see anything else out there that tickles my fancy. What I thought might have been great, have ended up coming out half baked. I'm starting to think that publishers/devs are not really going for it and I smell blood. I hope I'm wrong and that I come back in the future for a second hand one, but right now, it gathers dust.

Meanwhile, early adopter-itus is kicking in with WiiU looming. Probably another mistake lol.

Nice. Cheers for clearing that up. I am thinking about PS+ as sounds quite good.

I hope by the time I get round to getting a Vita there will be a long list of games for it. Plus could use all my downloaded PS1 games on it. Would have to sign it up to my Japanese account though. Which would make some things like getting credit for the D/L games, a bit more difficult. Still waitin for Konami to release PES 2013 on it. Seems it will come to the 3DS and Wii as well as so not sure what they are playing at.

MALICIOUS Rebirth is now available on the Japanese PSN, which for me has cemented the Vita as the greatest handheld of all times. EVER.

My Vita has primarily been used for PSP and PS1 games. That's not to say there aren't any good games on the Vita, just none that appeal to me. I do intend to grab Phantasy Star Online 2 though.

I originally bought the machine for WipEout 2048, but after recently returning to WipEout HD, it's impossible to go back to 2048. It's a much better game. Anyone who thinks the framerate difference isn't a big deal should go back and play WipEout HD.
