How often do you trim your "Friends" lists?

My 360 list is around 50 people big at the moment and once in a while I go through it and clean it up.

Mine has ended up nearing the 50 mark again, which to be honest is about 20 too big!

I quite reguarly trim the list, often when a new big game comes out I add a bunch of people to play with then within a week they have moved onto something else and never play again then they get deleted.

I've trimmed a few real life friends and they take it really personally, what's the point if I never play with them!

I miss the days of Xbox where only 2 games had part support so you all had to play that if you wanted to talk!
