Yeah i did. Its not that much harder, did it on my second playthrough.

The trailer says "Arkum Has Moved" and it looked like it was now in Gotham itself. I'd rather them not retread the same themes with another asylum, but it's too early to tell and the developers obviously know what they are doing!
