        It's an RPG with date sim elements. The dialog is pretty key to enjoyment. Having everyone talk like a robot with a broken dictionary kills it.

        The menu asks you to change your 'equiptments' and if you want to 'undisplay' on screen text. "Fourth generation" gets translated as "force Generation" and is onscreen for a large portion of the game. From the tutorials that are hard to understand to the skill descriptions that are indecipherable, at every turn, the localisation interferes with immersion.

        Wait and buy the US special edition disc (or get a US PSN account) which is getting a new translation.

            That does sound quite poor. I don't think I'd let it get in the way of me enjoying the game, but I can see why you'd be so annoyed by it.
