Scribblenauts on the DS from my Mum, and my sister gave me tin Mario invincibility star and mushroom, filled with sweets.

My sister also got me a retro themed hooded top, with a montage of old game characters and machines on it.

Got Borderlands - I find it better to buy my own pressies and let the bird wrap them I did pick up 8 games for £25.84 at Gamestation in the week which kind of count.

And I've "approval" to get a projector some time next year as well. WIN!

A small, Wii-flavoured gaming stash for me this Xmas. I was given New Super Mario Bros. Wii & Wii Sports Resort.

I also intend to get back into Metroid Prime Trilogy, so I'll be kept pretty busy between now and the new year.

I was given permission by the 'wage earner' to buy The Beatles Rock Band (plus 'value' instruments) as an early pressie.

My Wife also gave a copy of Brutal Legend as a pressie yesterday. It's about 20 years since I went through my metal phase so this'll be a bit of a nostalgia trip

Amongst other games I gave my lad Fallout 3 for his new PS3, he said he 'didn't like' fallout and gave it back to me. It's a win!

I ended up with New Super Mario Bros. Wii Limited Tin Edition (Wii), Tekken 6 Special Edition (Xbox 360), Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World (Wii), Metroid Prime 3: Corruption (Wii), Infinite Undiscovery (Xbox 360) and MotorStorm: Arctic Edge (PSP). Loads there to keep me occupied but not had time to give any of them any dedicated time yet.

Strictly gaming, I was given Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles with the funky Wii Zapper thing. I'd always dismissed the Zapper as just a piece of plastic, and it basically is, but I do prefer holding it with the Zapper attached. It seems like it would be a pain to have to detach it all to play other games, but since the last game I played on the Wii was Umbrella Chronicles, it doesn't matter much to me.

Personally, I thought that I'd be disappointed with not getting the NSMBW LE Tin, but I think that the Standard Edition looks rather fetching with the Red Plastic Case and the Red Wii Disc with colour prints of Mario, Luigi & the 2 Toads on it.

I didn't get Jack. I bought myself a copy of DBZ: Raging Blast, which was £11 sealed and then lost it in a drunken stupor on Xmas Eve.
                          Kept you waiting, huh?
