Good multiplayer racers on 360

I'm pretty sure both Ridge Racer 6 and Burnout Revenge have offline multiplayer.

Project Gotham 4 is my firm favourite, not too hard for beginners but challenging enough for experts, with that little arcade edge to it.

I find Dirt 2 a great game, really is alot of fun, and has a Sega Rally vibe to it underneath it all.

Was the demo a good for poor representation of the full game? I thought I'd love DIRT2, but found the demo quite disappointing.
