Can anybody tell me how the Nintendo DSiware game Move your Brain ? Rollway Puzzle works.

You tilt the DS to move the ball round the screen, but unless i missed something, the DSi does not have an accelerometer. I have watched videos and looked at the listing in the DSiware shop and am still baffled. Is it maybe something to do with the camera?
