The light gun game, like the fighting game, has enjoyed a revival over the past few years. And while there is no light gun Street Fighter IV, the tech in the Wii Remote, and now in the PlayStation 3 Move, raises hopes that the genre will continue to charge ahead.

More positive impressions, from The Shoot this time.

I agree with you though FSW, at the right pricing (And ideally released on PSN) I could see me picking a fair few of these up. As it is I'll maybe stick to Start The Party (Showed the video to my eldest last night and I'm now under orders!) and Tumble from the initial bunch of casual titles.

Looking forward to Resi 5 and Heavy Rain impressions. I also think Sorcery looks fantastic, and am hoping that they either expand the game to provide some real depth or inspire another developer to take on something like that.

Didn't realise they were planning on adding Move support to Flower.

According to that list GT5 supports some Move features?

I think it was reported as supporting head tracking wasn't it? Not sure to be honest.

Yeah, although that just needs the camera and that's been out years so not really Move although they may be including that I guess. We'll see. Anyway, a good bunch of games there. Looking forward to updating eyepet.

Me too. Not playing though, I've platimun'd that ****er and I don't ever want to see it again.

Not one of the better ones, would have been great if they'd have properly wrecked the room while playing rather than just knocking a bowl of cheese puffs over!

A good demonstration of how light will affect the Move. Portable sun included.

That's impressive. My wii gets confused if we have candles on in the room!
This guy's great. I'd love to see him testing kinect to destruction:

To try and confuse de system I have fitted 3 extra prosthetic arms and 2 extra legs to myself. Let's see how it copes!

Sounds like it needs some work in MAG at least.

Nothing to add really, but...erm...WOW, that is very impressive.

EDIT: Actually, watching the other videos on that guy's site has pretty much sold me on buying one!

I've now played some MOVE, also played it with 3D.

                          WOW. Sold.

People need to play it to understand though, the videos don't do it justice. This tech is incredible and combined with the 3D it's an utterly new gaming experience.

I think you're right Jebus, Sony do need to get these into the hands of people. As far as I can tell, its the same as the Wii, with motion+, albeit with slightly more adult themed games, in a higher resolution. I don't see how its a totally new gaming experience
