To me, yes it felt like a big jump, it really is 1:1 and it really was a case of "this is what I wanted the Wii to be".

Just read IGN's reviews for the launch games. Some ravaging reviews there with Kung Fu Rider in particular getting a measly 3.5 for being broken and Tumble even managing to match that score

The positive though is that the hardware itself scored alright so hopefully they'll start patching existing games quick as so far it seems Move is without a hardware seller.

I think the common consensus is that the launch titles are weak (aside from sports adventure with table tennis) but that the tech is very very good.

There's quite a few games getting patches early though, Heavy Rain, Resi 5, Eyepet (looks fun with move imho) and you have games like Flight Control coming out, which I'm really tempted to try the dual wand mode, playing 2 players but on my own! I'll fail miserable no doubt.

I still can't understand the IGN Tumble review. The impressions of the game (aesthetics aside) are positive almost everywhere else I've read. :/

I'm not going to dismiss their opinion out of hand, but hands on from multiple other sources have said that Tumble (Along with Start the Party and some of the Sports Champions games) is one of the better launch games.

Well, like we always tell people on here when they moan about the latest 6/10 that's been awarded to generic driving game X, look to multiple sources for opinions. There are insane people on here who'd give Demon's Souls less than a perfect 10. Yes I know, madness!

Anyone that's played Resi 4 on the Wii confirm those controls are the same? Can't believe he didn't bother making the most obvious comparison in there, and I know the general consensus on the Wii control scheme is positive.

I just ordered Move and Resi 5 Gold. Is it released 15th or 19th? Te IGN FAQ said 15th in Europe but retainers have 19th listed.

Really looking forward to this. I like the modular approach to the hardware so u can build it up from existing gear you have like Eye and dual shock.

Is there a list of games anywhere that are to be patched?

I've just ordered the Move and Navi for a total of £24.95 - let's see if they arrive, lol. Ordered Resi Evil 5 Gold last week for a tenner from HMV I believe, but mine's back-ordered (other's have theirs).

How do you mean two orders? You ordered that combination twice? Or you ordered those items seperately, cos I'm trying to get something and it's saying that code is for a minimum spend.

Even with those two applied it's still £36 for a nav and move.
