XBLA games missing on new console

So just a few weeks ago, I bought a new 360 Elite to replace my last RROD'd one. It's been over a year since I've been off Xbox Live.

I used the DRM tool and transferred all the licenses over to my new machine, which is great, only I'm only allowed to re-download some of the content I paid for before.

Stuff I can remember that I bought:
Lumines Rockin' Holiday Pack
Prince of Persia Classic
Marble Blast Ultra

^ All of the above (and perhaps a few more I forgot) don't show up in my downloads list. Has anyone else had this issue?

Have you tired just going to the market place and downloading them from there?

If you have bought them before there should be a "Download Again" option.

There isn't - it acts like I never bought them in the first place

Obvious question, but at least it's out of the way: did you definitely download them on your main gamertag? They weren't from a US account or anything were they?

Does the licence transfer tool transfer everything bought *from one gamertag* to a new machine, or everything bought *on a particular machine* to a new machine?

If it's the latter, then I too will be screwed one day as I've had, what, 5 360s and I've yet to transfer the licences of any DLed stuff.

I had this problem with a few arcade games about a year ago. Funny enough only last week, I tried to download them again and they worked. Try deleting them? Have you also changed gamertags?

I think there is a whole history of your download on Xbox.com and on the console somewhere. I remember finding it one day and was amazed how far back it had recorded.

Yep, in fact log into Xbox.com go to Marketplace and then My Account> Purchase History this shows everything I have downloaded or bought on the Xbox 360 (nothing from the original Xbox though)

My main account is a US one - but this has jogged my memory. The most likely explanation is that I had a UK account so I could easily buy stuff with a VISA card.

In which case, I'll have a word with customer services. Thanks for the reminder!

Don't worry about customer services, if you just do the transfer again but put your UK 'tag in, it'll just transfer that content normally.
