Why've I never heard of this before? Unfortunately it doesn't run on my PS3's web browser, otherwise I'd play them a lot more.

Steal the sleeping guards uniform by talking to him, and wait for a bit on the sunken treasure til it turns to night and it will sparkle where the treasure is
