Densha de Go! Special Version Revived! Showa Yamanote Line (DS)

Square Enix are bringing the game to DS.

Commemorating 100 years of Tokyo's Yamanote line, the game features new and old Yamanote times. You can drive and experience the Yamanote line as it is today and during the 1950/60s. You will even see what Tokyo looked like back then as the background will be changed accordingly with the times. Old trains are included too.

There will also be a new control system in place for beginners and a pro setup for the more seasoned train driver.

Personally, I am looking forward to this as I love the series.

    Out July 22nd.

Good news. Tell you what would be awesome, an add on controller. Seems unlikely though, given all the models with no gba slot now. Maybe they could add the option to make it work with the Arkanoid controller!

Sweet! Looks like excellent use of the touch screen there.

Dammit, now I have to order it. Grr.

Still a shame they never released a second one on the Wii.

Download a McDonalds wrapping for your train from restaurants in Japan. I love stuff like this, shame they don't put it up on the internet.
