Has anyone managed to get that slip case yet - by that I mean fill in the form online? I've registered all three games now and it says there will be a 'special banner' for me to click and follow the instructions, but I can't see anything, anywhere!

Clicked around a bit and the magic banner appeared

Unfortunately, my first two Laytons are US, so no slip case for me. I have got a magic cube though!
