The update is live and everything loads so much faster now. Says I've been a member for 6 years which is b.s. because I've been on Live since day 1 with the same account. You can rate dlc which is handy for those that want to bad mouth Namco dlc and horse armour.

Can't say I noticed a great deal of difference apart from browsing through downloads which was lickity quick instead of the d wait for 2 minutes whilst we show you a loading icon.

Yeah, the changes were never going to be as staggering but I'm seriously impressed by how much faster is when populating the achievements / friends list. Let's hope it stays that way though and it wasn't just the update doing a bit of a defrag.

Avatar tat is `meh` as expected, but I do like the subtle changes they've made to existing avatar wear. When my system restarted I was like "WTF my t-shirt is blue!" Didn't realise that you could go into some of the existing clothing options and customise the colours.

Plus I like that they've added Active Downloads to your profile bit in the My Xbox tab.

This has been the biggest change for me. It was a nice surprise, I've been on holiday for w eek, come back and I get asked for an update. Didn't realise it was the new dash as I never presumed I would get into the preview programme.
