    I can see Lambert rolling up in court ready to represent himself (VP of ridiculous lawsuits) and giving an amazing speech which not only gets him off the hook but also convinces Sony to give him a new contract and bags of cash.

        When I first went to the USA in 90 during the time of the 'Genesis does what Nintendon't' stuff I was amazed at the anything goes attitude of american adverts!

        Now you have presidential candidates running 'Obama/Romney is BLACK/IN THE KKK and EATS BABIES' style character assassinations that seem perfectly acceptable.

        So Sony get to sue a guy advertising Tyres whilst playing a Wii??
