    Catherine (Atlus)

Atlus' first HD game, from the Persona team (gonna have to wait for P5 it seems)

Unveiled in the latest famitsu, it's an adult themed action adventure game (not an RPG) featuring a guy who dreams about a giant staircase that he has to climb or else he won't wake up.

Seems to be big on erotic themes (pics feature a scantily clad girl spreading her legs) but it seems to be going for a more mature approach than you'd expect from a fanservicy game. It's appearing on consoles so it's not going to be explicit.

Graphical style reminds me of a more realistic No More Heroes with SMT-ish slant to the character designs.

It's a 3 page scan and third in her hand is a pizza slice!
      It's cheese, not mancheese.
The logo has M and F gender symbols, she hiding something? Winter 2010

Dreamworld is pretty much a less colourful tartarus by the looks of it. Very heavy on the demonic sheep.

Will be interesting to see how far they go with the adult themes, the screenshots focus pretty heavily on it.

          consider this un preordered then.

Yes, rather sneaky cropping of the original on my part, eh? Though you could have at least waited a while before turning into Mr Truthy McTruthtruth.

On the plus side, Family Fry, I will now trust all future posts of yours.

It doesn't matter if it's gorgonzola or cheddar, the imagery is fairly clear in my eyes!

No more filthy posts please, NTSC ranks very high up in google searches, so we will be inundated with porn bots or something. Also NSFW

Another of these Japanese games with really good character models but envoironments out of an xbox game.

Like the look of it though.

The main character actually cameos in P3P and gives vague hints about him having problems involving dreams.

It all looks very low tech, which pleases me very much. Nice to have a current gen title that doesn't focus on supereallighting, lots of amazing texture etc.

Anyway, let's just hope it is great like Persona.

                        trailer:

cutscenes are by Studio 4c which is probably fairly fitting. They rarely do things that aren't weird.

They're really pushing the adult themes hard.

Gah I pay to much attention in trailers, just noticed the dead guy's eyes. Can't help but suspect that I've now pieced together a major plot point.

Hmmmm, any chance this will hit the west? Could be far too odd.
