I had to laugh when I read this in the Metro this morning.

Comments such as ?A ruling like this could prove devastating to sales of the Xbox' which if you read through the article is related to an advert for FFXIII and only concers the FMV not ingame footage.
Where do they get these 'anonymous experts?

To be fair, the 360 uses Bink for its video, and MPEG1 is normally more vivid than that.
