Please help me identify this Oblivion GOTY edition.

Hello, just got a copy of Oblivion GOTY edition (PC) from an UK ebay store, the box format is not for the European version but is the one for the US version, but on the front and back covers it says "not for sale in the US", also there is no 2K logo on the box, manual and dvd's. If someone can help i would like to know which version is it.
Here links to a few pics:

    Thanks for any help.

Could it be Canadian? The ESRB has jursidiction there IIRC, so that would account for their logo on the box.

Usually Canadian games have both English and French text on the box, so i don't think so. Maybe Asian? What i'm trying to find is if this is a legit version or some kind of bootleg.

If it was asian though wouldn't it have the CERO logo on it instead, i though ESRB was only for usa/canada?

Perhaps it's a promo? Definitely an NA version though.

It looks too well done to be a fake, but i could be wrong. I'm guessing its what Number45 said. If it has its own cd key that should be sufficient.

I can say that the manual is heavy and absolutely complete, the printing and the paper are of great quality (i would not say it's a fake). There is no cd-key but the game is protected, if i start the game without the disc in the drive it asks for the dvd. It looks like a NA version but in copies sold on ebay USA there i s the 2K logo that here is missing.
A search for the barcode comes up with this:

If it is legit, Wiki reckons the ESRB only have juristiction in the US and Canada, so it could only be Canada.

Oblivion does not require a CD key.

That only became an absolute requirement for games around two or three years ago (hence French manuals packaged with old releases using shrinkwrap) so Oblivion is probably too old to qualify.

Probably is a promo though- why else would it have that warning on the front cover?

That search you did brought up the Asian English version on play-Asia. So maybe it's that.

I think it's definitely the Asian English version, all things match up with the Play Asia description and datas.

An Asian version wouldn't have an ESRB rating. Asian versions don't have any kind logo on their boxes, only Korean games do.

The description on the Play-Asia page (http://www.play-asia.com/paOS-13-71-...n-70-2b8j.html) says Asia version and ESRB rating.

Regardless, it's a picture of the NTSC-U/C version. ESRB only covers the US and Canada.
