Microsoft Keynote (2:30am BST 10:30am Tokyo Time)

Find in-depth gaming news and hands-on reviews of the latest video games, video consoles and accessories.

Not entirely sure what to expect from this conference. Probably lots of Kinect and ultra niche titles. Wouldn't surprise me to see some Windows 7 mobile stuff.

Can't be as crushingly dissapointing as the Capcom one though.

That said, I'll probably be sleeping through it given I have work in the morning.

      This is better than E3!!

Fire Pro Wrestling from Spike with avatars.

      Radiant Silvergun from Treasure.

Haunt, new Kinect game from Masaya Matsuura creator of Parappa and Vib Ribbon.

Yukio Futasugi Grouding Inc. Announced new Kinect game Project Draco, using full body motion to control/ride creatures including dragons....awesome sauce!

Suda 51/Grasshopper Kinect game Codename D

He said it won't feature guns or swords but is funky, punk and an action game. Shown an FMV trailer of dude in red cap with a flaming baseball bat taking on dudes in animal masks, then making their heads explode!

Dr. Kawashima's Body and Brain Exercises for Kinect. Move your body and excercise your brain.

New horror game from Sega for Kinect, Rise of Nightmares.

Capcom and From Software announced a new Steel Batallion game for Kinect, Steel Batallion Heavy Armour. Can imagine this on kinect if done properly being very cool, all the buttons on screen to press and control.

That is an amazing line-up of games. Project Draco looks to be Panzer Dragoon in everything but name.

              Radiant Silvergun XBLA:

It wouldn't be steel battalion if you didn't have to pay £140 for the controller...

Just cause they're supporting kinect doesn't mean they require it - unless I'm missing something?

Is it plausible to translate a game designed for Kinect into a traditional control scheme?

With Kinect, there's no need for a huge controller
Capcom took the lid off of a Kinect-enabled Steel Battalion game during Microsoft's Tokyo Game Show press conference la…

Quote from the Steel Battalion reveal.

RSG is basically the only thing announced so far of any note. Surely all those Kinect games will have the option to use a pad. Draco is a Panzer Dragoon style game so surely that can be made to work with a controller? Either that or MS is funding the development of these titles to offset the small Kinect user base?

Thank Stainrod that RSG isn't a Kinect title!

Really wouldn't surprise me if MS gave them incentives to make the games kinect only.

Kinect has had a lot of bad press, it really needs to prove itself
