I used a 10% voucher and ordered 2 2100msp cards at 11.30am on Wednesday morning, they turned up on Saturday. No problems at all.

I bought Yakuza 3 from them, it was posted on 19/10 and as of today no trace of it (i live in Italy).
I should start to be worried?

Yeah, Zavvi seems to be pretty damn slow at the moment.

Ordered a game from Zavvi on October 16th, was despatched on 20th, received today November 4th.

Ordered a game from The Hut on October 28th, was despatched on 29th, received today November 4th.

So yeah, very slow delivery from Zavvi, extremely quick delivery from The Hut.

Yup. In stock, then they had a problem with their system, and once that was sorted... they had no stock. It's been hard to track because the status has been the same (awaiting stock pick) pretty much since the day I ordered it.

I cancelled Bloodstone from them because they were far too slow. Not from them, but The Hut who are basically the same group. I'm keeping an eye on my Black ops order. As it's still awaiting stock.

Got a notice to say that Blazblue: Continuum Shift will be shipped when it is available. Admittedly its release has been put off until mid-November but I can only hope they don't drag their knuckles on sending it out. No more delays please Zen United (releasing it on October 29th would have been murder though).
