Can you check what Redspot's store lists your order as? Mine is still pending...I had to change shipping address a couple of months ago and discovered that the automated mails from their shop are bounced back by Gmail due to a bad header. I fear they haven't corrected this problem yet and mails have been lost...I should have paid when I preordered but that was on Jan 2011, will have to dig Paypal and mail archives to check that.

Has anybody bought from Red Spot Games and received theirs yet? April 24 is long gone and it doesn't take this long to deliver from Germany. Worse still, they're not acknowledging any support tickets or emails - there's a lot of cheesed-off people on RSG's FB and Twitter pages.
Fingers crossed I ain't been ripped off...

I opened two tickets in total and they usually take two working days to answer.
First was to change deliver address back in February, second because they never bothered sending a mail telling me where to pay for the game; the first reply was "hey, we couldn't find your payment, could you please pay?" but they never included any Paypal detail or link to a Paypal invoice and had to reply to that ticket asking for one...and currently waiting for their reply.
Totally not cool how they are handling preorders themselves.

I have no idea if it has shipped to be honest. I do know that when I was sent the sample version that came smashed they sent me out another disc in no time at all. So it sure doesn't take that long to send a parcel from Germany to Japan. I'm hoping that when I get home tonight in 2 hours it will be waiting for me in the post box.

Yet another chapter in my ongoing saga with Redspot.
To recap: during February, I asked them to change the delivery address from Italy to Switzerland, where I now live. I preordered the game on January 2011 but never paid. Sturmwind's out, never been contacted by Redspot on when and how to pay for the game. I contact them during the first week of May and they reply they haven't received my payment and they will ship as soon as I pay, but didn't specify how to pay.
Still waiting for a reply on this one.
So after 10 days of silence, on Tuesday, I contacted them again by updating the ticket. Two days after, one of my old neighbours (and friend who very well knows my hobbies) calls me telling that there was a package for me; of course the postman didn't left it to him, but he was able to see who sent it and from where...guess what? Redspot from Germany.
That was my copy of Sturmwind, sent at the address they had to change because their website doesn't allow users to do so, and still unpaid.
Screw Redspot, I'm going to get the game from somewhere else, and if they will ever have a new game coming out, I'll preorder to someone that actually knows how to manage shippings and customer care.
