Play-Asia's policy on damaged goods?

Anyone have any experience with regards to getting an item exchanged at PA because of damage during transit? The website states they don't do software exchanges, but I was wondering if this applies to damaged goods as well?

Pretty much forget it, i bought mario vs dk on gba & they shipped me a crushed one, i know it wasn't crushed in transit as the outer shipping box was pristine. I tried to get them to exchange it & the flatly refused.

Worth pestering them though, hey you never know you might get lucky. I hate it though when companies don't pack stuff properly, amazon japan is at the top of my list.
