What a lot of pap. Those awards make me wonder if anything actually happened with videogames in 2010.

Best Online experience... The horribly restrictive Battlenet 2.0?

Strange list that - not that i'm complaining - just unusual choices.

Very pleased to see Limbo get a couple of mentions though, that has to be my most pleasantly surprising highlight of the year.

Lack of Mass Effect 2 is odd, and the lack of Battlefield in the online category is madness!

          Cancelled, etc.

Poor list, that. So many omissions. If I had a subscription I'd cancel it, etc.

Not too surprising. EDGE has increasingly become a marketing mag for Halo, Rock Band and Bayonetta so the awards largely revolving around all three isn't a shock.

Bit of a disparity between Edge and Games TM's scores for Epic Mickey, 5 vs 7.

A fully deserved award. Bayonetta and Vanquish are steps ahead of anything else released this year.

I'm wondering why Starcraft II gives the best online experience. It just seemed like 1v1 match-making to me, hardly anything compared to the 40vs40 you get in WoW or 16vs16 in Halo.

Also, my games were mostly 'get ganked by ****ty cheese tactics', 'gank by using ****ty cheese tactics', or 'scramble around the entire map exhausting all resources for 4hrs'. I never had any decent matches like in all the vids I watched, and I doubt the people at Edge are that good either.

It was insanely addictive though, even moreso than WoW. What is it with Blizzard?

Starcraft best online? Millions of Koreans would disagree! NFS:HP was the best online, Halo Reach was a bit of an arse-kiss!

I've updated the Edge Subscriber/Unsubscriber app for 2010. A real time-saver at this time of year:

                              Wasn't Bayonetta a 2009 game tho?...
