Does anyone know if the games in the PAL release of SEGA Mega Drive: Ultimate Collection run at 60Hz?

If you mean the 360 version then yes, all 360 games run in 60hz.

If you mean the PS3 version, and you have a European PS3, then as far as I know it will only run in 60hz if you play on a HDTV, just like every other game on the system.

Yeah they do, afaik all the games on the collection are the US versions.
