PS2 component lead - advice needed pls

So since I got my 27 inch LCD I've still been dipping into my PS2 collection now n then, but games thru scart look terrible. All fuzzy like playing something thru an RF lead.

I just want to know how great a picture a component lead will give me over the scart pic I currently get.

I've seen a few component leads, some as cheap as ?4 (3rd party I've never heard of) but would you guys recommend getting 1 particular brand?

If you have an NTSC PS2, 480p will be a noticeable improvement. If it's PAL however, very few games support it and 480i over component is much the same as RGB.
