Games you would like to see on 3DS?

An F-zero game and Smash Brothers now we have an analogue

See, I thought Smash Bros would be great on 3DS too, but the battering the buttons and slide pad would take would be horrendous, and you can't just buy a replacement controller like you can with the home console Smash Bros games. Despite being a huge fan of the series, I'm hoping it doesn't happen.

A Katamari game would look ace in 3D. However, I would only consider getting it for a dual stick console

That office all reproduced in 3D. Potential new recruits rotating in front of you. New console unveils given a sense of depth, giving you the effect that you are part of the audience.

Of course, I'd expect the game to be given a lot more depth than the current phone versions.

I want a Rare port of PD. Not much to ask really.

How well did it do on XBLA? Considering it's probably the best game on the 360 (IMO).

How would 3D Perfect Dark not be amazing?

In the same way 2D Perfect Dark is not particularly amazing any more and actually incredibly dated.

Seconding Rez 3D and hopefully (though I doubt it will happen :/) Child of Eden 3D.

My fave suggestions so far: F-Zero (with touchscreen-based track editor please); Wave Race (a real one, not Wii Sports Resort jetski edition); Viewtiful Joe (Slowmo + Zoom + Viewtiful Forever IN 3D! Yeaaah!); Rez (for obvious reasons...)


Katamari and Smash Bros would be great in 3D too, but the aforementioned control issues put a dampner on those.

And a new Yoshi's Island game. That art style would look amazing in 3D.

After playing Tactics Ogre recently, I reckon a Square Enix 'Tactics game would work well on 3DS.

What an amazing game Wave Race 64 was. I'm starting to itch for a go...

This is so true. I would go with a nice deep into the screen water effect and a pop out of the screen bouy effect.

That and F-Zero X.

In fact, I would like to see both games, not so much ports but similar engines in terms of control and visual style. All new content but with the classic tracks as unlockables or downloads.

Like Mario Kart Super Circuit.
