they're selling the majority of the Atari games supported by MAME for a few dollars each.

the MAME community in particluar has seen this as the ideal solution to the legal grey area of using roms for years.

it will be interesting to see how successful they are in convincing people to (partially) legalise their rom collections.

I have to say, its a little pricey for what you get.

They should really do some sort of subscription service where you pay an annual/monthly fee, and they gradually add roms to a licensed collection subscribers could legally use.

That would in fact rock. Would depend on many license holders to be up for it though.

I agree - it would also be nice if you got archived flyer art, pics of the original cabs, manuals etc... for your cash.
