Atelier Meruru: The Alchemist of Arland 3

As the title implies, this will be the third, and apparently final, Atelier title set in the land of Arland.
Per series tradition Meruru (or Melulu, if you prefer) gives the game her name and will be a direct sequel of Atelier Totori.

The game will be available on June, 23 on the PS3.
Of the three games, only the first (Atelier Rorona) has been published in the west; the second game (Atelier Totori) hasn't been announced yet, so chances that this will reach American or European soil look slim right now.

Siliconera have more details on the game itself, the limited edition and the improvements on the battle system here.

When I'm done with Ar Tonelico Qoga (and I think I'll just go for one ending if the game doesn't have a proper New Game Plus that keeps items and levels) I'll devote myself to Rorona. From what I had played it was nice but a bit rough around the edges, especially when describing the user interface; neither the manual nor the in-game help section mention some elements of the UI.

Anything that doesn't butcher Kishida Mel's artwork is to be supported.

                Promo movie

The knights of the Round Table had the holy hand grenade, Meruru has a cannon to deal with multiple bunnies.

The map is much nicer than Rorona, the polygonal environments aren't much better and the interface has been twaeked a bit. Looking forward to this.

                            Official US trailer

And in Japan all Arland games (Rorona, Totori and Meruru) have reached "best of status" and with each budget game there will be three figures, one per main character of each game.

The figures are based on their appaerance in Meruru, where Rorona is a child (younger than even in the first game) due to some alchemy experiment gone bad (and the developers not willing to show her "old"...she would have been around 30, not 60! She would be smoking hot based on how she looked in the previous games! But I digress.).
